From humble beginnings to building a legacy of service, LaTonia Gaston-Bell has dedicated more than 30 years to helping others. Her journey began as an accountant, where she developed a s earning the strong foundation in business finance, and leadership.
In 2012 her passion for helping families led her to become a foster parent. Over the years, she and her husband fostered 32 children and adopted two, earning the honor of Foster Parent of the Year for her dedication, compassion, and commitment to changing lives. Wanting to continue mentoring and guiding youth, she also worked as a substitue, impacting countless students along the way.

With a life long dream of entrepreneurship, she founded Gaston Financial Services, which later evolved and rebranded to Brooks Legacy Services. Through her business, she has continued serving families and individuals by helping them protect their futures and build lasting legacies. Brooks Legacy Services is proudly accredited by the Better Business Bureau.

Community Service remains at heart of everything she does. She is a passionate Mental health Advocate and serves on the NBLIC board, and East Texas Mental Health Awareness board, Vice President of Communications for ECDC and Vice President for Rose City Civitian. Her mission has always been centered around uplifting others, advocating for the community, and making a meaningful difference in peoples lives.

Above all, she treasures time spent with her family and grandchildren. Whether through business, mentorship, advocacy, or community outreach, her passion for helping people shines through in every area of her life. Making a difference is not just something she does- it is who she is.
